It's 99% IPA. If you have a use for it, it's a solid product at a reasonable price.
I use this mainly to clean the bed of my 3d printer between print jobs, and it's definitely 99% IPA. This stuff is strong and highly flammable, but gets the job done. A little goes a LONG way!
